Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (stooping, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Basic work routines and standards; able to follow instructions.
• Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
