Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician to perform basic patient care under the supervision of an RN, including glucose testing, ADL assistance, EKGs and phlebotomy, in a fast-paced hospital setting.

This role supports a mission-focused team with ongoing in-service training, strong teamwork, and adherence to safety and privacy rules. Evening 12-hour shift (14:00–02:00) with Daily Pay option and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Education level: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and spell English.
• Previous patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take blood glucose measurements and record intake/output.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Perform EKGs and phlebotomy per policy.
• Maintain stocked, clean patient rooms.
• Attend required in-services and participate in quality improvement.
