Job summary

Outpatient Imaging Affiliates, LLC is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a PRN position at our Timonium outpatient imaging center. The role focuses on performing routine to complex MRI procedures with an emphasis on patient safety and high-quality imaging in the evenings.

The ideal candidate has up to 5 years of MRI experience, an ARRT/ARMIT certification, and an associates degree in radiology or a two-year radiology program.

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years experience as an MRI Technologist.
• Associates degree in Radiology or graduate of a two-year radiology program.
• ARRT in Radiography or ARMIT, MR advanced registry within 12 months for non-IDTF centers.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine to complex MRI procedures and generate diagnostic images.
• Ensure safety and ALARA principles during imaging sessions.
• Provide patient education and support from pre-procedure through post-procedure.
• Verify orders, document in patient records, and manage emergencies as needed.
