Job summary

Medstar Radiology Network in Timonium is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a PRN position in our outpatient imaging center. This role offers flexible evening hours and the opportunity to contribute to a patient-focused team.

Under the supervision of the Radiology Medical Director, you will perform routine to complex MRI procedures, ensure safety per guidelines, verify orders, and provide patient and staff education while maintaining high-quality imaging.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiology required.
• MR technologist with up to 5 years experience.
• ARRT/ARMIT MR registry and state licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine to complex MRI procedures and ensures high-quality images.
• Adheres to ALARA principles and safety guidelines during procedures.
• Verifies orders and documents information in patient medical records.
• Provides education to patients and clinical staff.
