Medstar Radiology Network in Timonium is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a PRN position in our outpatient imaging center. This role offers flexible evening hours and the opportunity to contribute to a patient-focused team.
Under the supervision of the Radiology Medical Director, you will perform routine to complex MRI procedures, ensure safety per guidelines, verify orders, and provide patient and staff education while maintaining high-quality imaging.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced MRI Technologist looking for a flexible PRN position with evening hours in a patient-focused outpatient setting.
Under the direction of the Radiology Medical Director, the MRI technologist:
Performs routine to complex magnetic resonance procedures and related techniques, producing images at the request of and for interpretation by a licensed independent practitioner.
Ensures services are performed in a safe environment in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Serves as part of the imaging center team and seeks as well as provides feedback for improved clinical practice.
Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography, or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMIT) and maintain current valid registration from ARRT or ARMIT. MR advanced registration through ARRT or ARMIT is required upon hire for IDTF centers. Non-IDTF centers require MR advanced registry within the first 12 months of employment. Additionally, must meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which they practice.
