Competenze

Bachelor's in chemical/biological/clinical or medical laboratory science or CLIA equivalency.
Minimum 2 years of technical laboratory experience.
Ability to educate and train new staff in lab settings.

Mansioni

Provide orientation and training to new employees and students as a preceptor.
Guide staff, resolve issues, and support clinical education as needed.
Follow safety policies, PPE use, and chemical handling procedures.
Participate in quality improvement activities and assist management on projects.
Conduct pre-analytical activities: specimen collection, instrument checks, calibration.
Perform tests accurately according to procedures and competency standards.
Communicate complex results and provide technical support across age groups.
