Job summary

Stryker is seeking a production worker to operate metal fabrication equipment and support safe, efficient manufacturing processes. The role emphasizes learning manufacturing processes and developing technical skills while producing high-quality parts.

Responsibilities include set-up, inspection and maintenance, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and meeting production goals. The position requires weekend OT and offers shift premium and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Minimum of 1 year of fabrication experience

Responsibilities

• Operate metal fabrication equipment to cut, bend, form and shape metal components to specification.
• Run production as a loaded/unloader or on a drill press station, weld nut station, saw or other basic fabrication equipment and tooling.
• Conduct inspections per gage plans with ability to operate inspection equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
• Set up, prepare, fabricate, clean up, perform preventative maintenance of machine center and ensure quality of own work and area.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, customer service goals and quality standards while meeting production goals.
• Maintain records in accordance with Stryker specifications.
• Commit to quality by ensuring reliability and continuous improvement and meeting training/documentation criteria.
• Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
