Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a production worker to fabricate parts and operate multiple fabrication stations. You will set up and run equipment, inspect parts against gauges, and maintain shift-level quality and safety standards.

The role requires adherence to documented procedures and active participation in training sessions. The position offers weekend shifts on a schedule that includes Friday and Saturday, with additional Sunday coverage and a $2 shift premium plus bonus eligibility and

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred
• Manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality fabricated parts using various fabrication equipment.
• Operate at drill press, weld nut station, saw, and other basic fabrication equipment.
• Conduct inspections per gage plans and troubleshoot inspection equipment as needed.
• Set up, prepare, fabricate, clean up, and perform preventive maintenance of machine center; ensure quality of own work and area.
• Ensure compliance with policies, customer service goals and quality standards while meeting production goals.
• Maintain records according to Stryker specifications.
• Commit to quality by improving reliability and performance and meet all training and documentation criteria.

Job description

Schedule:

Friday–Saturday: 5:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Sunday: 5:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Important:

Candidates must be able to work weekday training now and weekend work once the shift begins.

What you will do:

• Responsible for producing high quality fabricated parts utilizing various fabrication equipment
• Responsible for running production as a loaded/unloader, or on a drill press station, weld nut station, saw, or other basic fabrication equipment and tooling
• Conducts inspections in accordance with relevant gage plans with a working knowledge of how to operate required inspection equipment and troubleshoots as needed
• Responsible for set-up, work preparation, fabrication, clean up, preventative maintenance of machine center, and quality assurance of own work and work area
• Assures compliance with policies and procedures, customer service goals, and quality standards while meeting production goals
• Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications
