Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a production teammate to operate metal fabrication equipment and support high-quality part manufacturing. You will engage in set-up, run and inspect parts, and maintain equipment under established procedures, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Preferred candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience. The role requires standing and lifting and offers a base rate with shift premium and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• One (1) year manufacturing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate metal fabrication equipment (punch presses, shears, rolls, power brakes, saws) to cut, bend, form and shape components per spec.
• Run production as loaded/unloader or on drill press, weld nut, saw, or other basic fabrication equipment.
• Conduct inspections using appropriate gauges and inspection equipment; troubleshoot as needed.
• Set up, prep, fabricate, clean up, and perform preventative maintenance of machines and work area.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, quality standards, and production goals.
• Maintain accurate records per Stryker specifications.
• Strive for reliability and quality in products and training documentation.
• Meet work schedule and overtime, including weekends.
