Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a steel fabrication shop.

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers in fabrication and assembly.
• Analyze work orders and blueprints to determine operations required.
• Schedule hours for all shop workers and perform hiring.
• Train workers in equipment operation and inspect work in progress.
