Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a steel fabrication shop.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Heavy structural steel/bridge fabrication experience is essential.
• Familiarity with ASTM, AISC, AWS D1.1/01.5, RCSC and SSPC codes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers in fabrication.
• Analyze work orders and blueprints for operations.
• Schedule hours for all shop workers and perform hiring.
• Inspect work in progress and finished products.
