Job summary

HireCall is seeking an Experienced Production Supervisor for a Direct Hire opportunity in Tulsa, OK. This Weekend Shift runs Friday–Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and you will lead fabrication operations to meet safety and production targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in fabrication/manufacturing, welding operations, and strong leadership to coach teams, resolve issues, and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, or Team Lead.
• Strong background in fabrication manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of welding processes and welding operations.
• Understanding of laser cutting, press brakes, and robotic welding systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Weekend shift leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervising daily production operations in a fabrication environment
• Maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor to support employees and resolve issues in real time
• Leading, coaching, and developing production team members
• Promoting a culture of safety and ensuring compliance with company safety standards
• Coordinating workflow to meet production schedules and customer deadlines
• Monitoring quality standards and ensuring products meet specifications
• Holding employees accountable for productivity, attendance, and performance
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency
• Encouraging cross-training and employee development
• Working closely with maintenance, scheduling, and management to keep operations running smoothly
