Job summary

Lightfully Behavioral Health seeks a Client Care Technician to support clients’ safety, medication oversight, and daily activities within our residential and outpatient programs in Michigan. You will document observations, assist with meals, transport clients for appointments, and collaborate with the clinical team to follow each client’s plan of care.

This full-time role requires strong communication, reliable organization, and the ability to work evening shifts (3PM-11PM).

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Supports clients’ physical and psychological safety.
• Monitors and oversees clients’ self-administration of medication.
• Completes accurate and timely documentation of observations during shifts and notifies clinical staff of notable observations.
• Transports clients on outings, doctor’s appointments, etc.
• Provides one-on-one assistance to clients in crisis as directed by the clinical team and the plan of care.
• Assists clients with nutritional and dietary needs as indicated, including meal/snack preparation.
• Assists with admission and discharge processes including orientation and facility tour.
• Leads/co-leads groups as licensed; performs other duties as assigned.
