Job summary

Universal Health Services' Metropolitan Behavioral Health in Dearborn, MI is seeking a part-time Mental Health Technician for a 7:00 pm–7:30 am shift. The MHT role focuses on patient safety, 12-minute checks, group facilitation, and RN-directed supervision in a 144-bed facility serving diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Two years in related psychiatric patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patients and conduct 12-minute safety checks.
• Escort patients to meals and activities; provide supervision.
• Write group notes and facilitate groups.
• Work under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
