Responsibilities

• Make rounds on patients every 15 minutes to ensure safety and document per policy.
• Understand treatment plans and provide individualized intervention/care.
• Participate in groups and activities as assigned.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, therapeutic milieu with de-escalation as needed.
• Assist patients with grooming and hygiene appropriate to age and needs.

Education
