Job summary

Apploi in Indiana seeks a Behavioral Health Technician for the 3rd shift (11pm–7am). You will be the main bridge between clients and the clinical team, supporting the person-centered treatment plan and ensuring adherence to policies.

You will monitor clients, assist with education groups, document in the EMR, manage scheduling, and maintain confidentiality while collaborating with staff in a residential treatment setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and communicate effectively in person and by phone.
• Positive demeanor and professional boundaries with clients.
• Follow directives, adhere to policies, with seamless client-driven service.
• Scheduling flexibility including holiday and weekend rotation is required.
• Dependability and punctuality are essential.
• Must hold valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HIPAA-compliant communication regarding clients in treatment.
• Engage with clients daily, supporting implementation of the treatment plan.
• Facilitate educational groups for recovery and relapse prevention.
• Provide support during residential treatment with clients.
• Dispense medications per physician guidance and EMR schedule with documentation.
• Document all engagements in the EMR with concise, clear notes.
• Ensure clients attend individual, group sessions, and approved outside meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and records.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and professional boundaries.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the Chateau facility.
• Inspect property and document needed repairs per supervisor.
• Follow all processes in the Behavioral Health Procedural Manual.
