Job summary

Lightfully Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking Client Care Technicians to provide aid, supervision, and protective oversight of clients during assigned shifts, including overseeing the self-administration of medication and supporting daily routines in a residential and clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• High school diploma or GED.
• For residential positions: ability to walk up and down stairs frequently without assistance.
• 0-4 years experience working in a program serving persons with mental disabilities with at least 21 years of age.
• Complete First Aid Training (First Aid Certificate).
• Complete required health screening, TB clearance, Criminal Record Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supports clients’ physical and psychological safety.
• Monitors and oversees clients’ self-administration of medication.
• Completes accurate and timely documentation of observations during shifts.
• Transports clients on outings, doctor’s appointments, etc.
• Provides one-on-one assistance to clients in crisis as directed by the clinical team.
• Assists clients with nutritional and dietary needs as indicated.
• Assists with clients in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner.
• Assists in the admission and discharge process, including orientation, belongings inventory, and facility tour.
• Leads/Co-leads and facilitates groups (as appropriate to licensure).
• Performs all other duties assigned by supervisor (light housekeeping, inventory, prep supplies).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
