Arrow Senior Living in Kent, OH seeks a Memory Care Support Partner for 6pm–6am shifts. This part-time role focuses on compassionate memory care, resident engagement, and accurate documentation. You’ll support daily living, assist with mobility, and help maintain a safe, homelike environment for residents.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma, strong English skills, and a positive attitude. Training includes teamwork and resident orientation with opportunities for growth within

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Active with ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, or post-fall care.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents.
• Observe residents to learn interests and abilities; plan engagement.
• Support mise en scene by preparing dining rooms and spaces for activities.
• Partner with residents to support daily living from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Orient memory care team members to neighborhoods.
