Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner in Kent, Ohio for a full-time position. You will support residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and help maintain a safe, friendly community.

Qualifications include 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong English communication. The role requires physical activity and the ability to assist residents after falls. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Active mobility required (standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping).
• Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after falls.
• Criminal background clearances required.
