Job summary

SMP Health - St. Catherine North in Fargo, ND is seeking a compassionate PM Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our Memory Care Unit.

This role focuses on residents living with dementia, delivering direct nursing care, and supporting evening routines in a calm, person-centered environment. You will administer medications, monitor residents, complete assessments, contribute to individualized care plans, and collaborate with CNAs and the interdisciplinary team to provide safe, dignified care during the PM

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in North Dakota.
• Experience in memory or dementia care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents with dementia.
• Administer medications and monitor treatments.
• Assess residents and contribute to care plans.
• Support evening routines and transitions for residents.
• Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team.
