Job summary

SMP Health – St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South in Fargo, ND, is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct nursing care in long-term care settings.

You’ll administer medications, monitor residents, and contribute to care planning with an interdisciplinary team. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with day, evening, and night shifts. Pay ranges $29.00–$33.00 per hour plus PM and NOC shift differentials and a strong benefits package including

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in North Dakota.
• Strong clinical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Comfortable using electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the provider.
• Perform resident assessments and contribute to care planning.
• Document resident care in the electronic medical record.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as assigned.
• Support and assist CNAs in delivering quality resident care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and care team members.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Follow nursing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
