Job summary

SMP Health - St. Catherine in Fargo, ND seeks compassionate Registered Nurses to join St. Catherine North or South. You will provide clinical leadership, coordinate resident care, and support outcomes that improve health, safety and quality of life for residents.

The role involves supervising staff, collaborating with physicians, and using EMR systems to ensure accurate documentation. Competitive hourly pay with shift differentials is offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Dakota is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to lead and support a care team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
• Comfortable using electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident assessments and update care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs on the unit.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing interventions.
• Educate residents and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
