Qualifications

• A current and valid nursing license for Arkansas.
• Minimum of three years in a senior living community.
• Minimum of three years in a management/supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise CNAs and Resident Assistants on assigned team.
• Assess resident needs and provide nursing care per care plan.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document nursing history and assessments for admissions.
• Handle resident, family, or physician concerns and ensure safety.
