Job summary

National Fitness Partners, operator of Planet Fitness locations, seeks a Customer Service Representative for an afternoon shift (3:00 PM–10:00 PM, Mon–Fri). You will greet members, sign up new members, log amenities, and handle POS transactions, while delivering a high-energy, judgement-free experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and greet members.
• Sign up new members and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
