Job summary

Kiln is seeking an After-Hours Member Experience Associate to greet members and guests, assist during events, and ensure smooth operations at the Preston Hollow and Plano locations. This on-call role ranges 0–10 hours weekly and focuses on delivering an exceptional community experience.

Candidates should have strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, with a passion for Kiln’s mission and entrepreneurial communities.

Qualifications

• Partial college coursework preferred but not required.
• Office management or administrative experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Demonstrates integrity, dependability and accountability.
• Passion for entrepreneurial communities and Kiln’s mission.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Kiln members, guests and team members with a cheerful welcome.
• Be the point of contact for event attendees, vendors and staff during events.
• Assist with setup and operation of audio-visual equipment.
• Provide top-tier customer service and address inquiries about Kiln or membership options.
• Offer feedback for future event improvements based on observations.
• Assist with teardown and ensure attendees exit the building.
• Contribute to special projects for operations as needed.
