Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and staff at the front desk and manage front desk during business hours.
• Oversee mail services, including organization and distribution.
• Facilitate member onboarding, including office preparations and welcome kits.
• Maintain a clean, well-kept space and manage inventory of supplies.
• Assist with event planning, setup, and breakdown; communicate via email, Slack, and newsletters.
• Support scheduling, conference room prep, and bookings for events and inquiries.
