Qualifications

• Must be able to assist with medication administration in a RCFE setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication with residents and families.
• Proficient in basic computer tasks and documentation.
• Must pass background check and health screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents per orders.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacies, and physicians.
• Order, track changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain confidential medication and care records.
