Job summary

Ivy Park at Woodland Hills, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group, is hiring a Medication Technician for full-time PM shift (2pm-10:30pm), Sunday through Wednesday. You will supervise and assist in administering medications to residents and provide direct personal care.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience with medications in RCFE or similar, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience assisting with medication at a RCFE or similar setting.
• Completion of training/certification may be required based on state regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with the resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track all medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
