Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN is a plus and state regulations may require training.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential to interact with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to operate MS Office programs (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacies, and physicians.
• Order and track medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
