Job summary

Ivyliving in Castle Rock, Colorado, is seeking a Medication Technician (QMAP) for a 2–10pm shift. The role focuses on supervising and assisting in medication administration, direct personal care, and supporting residents’ activities.

The community offers a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative team environment in a senior living setting. Must have at least 18 years old, high school diploma or equivalent, and ideally LVN background.

Qualifications

• One year of experience assisting with medication in a RCFE or similar setting.
• Completion of state-required training/certification may be required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
