The Ivy Castle Rock is seeking a Medication Technician to supervise and assist in administering medications to residents. You will provide direct personal care, encourage participation in activities, and collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to uphold our care standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; LVN is a plus, and state regulations may require training. Candidates should be 18+, with strong communication and a passion for elder care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; LVN is a plus.
• Experience assisting with medication preferred; state training may be required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Vaccination/testing and health screening may be required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff and residents; follow safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperation across staff and departments.
