Job summary

Mary's Woods is seeking an energetic, compassionate Medication Technician or Certified Medication Aide to join our Health Services team. The role supports older adults with comprehensive care, electronic documentation, and coordination with nurses and caregivers in a mission-driven community.

Qualifications

• Preference for current, unencumbered Medication Aide Certification (OSBN) or equivalent experience as a medication aide.
• Must obtain First Aid Card, CPR Card, and Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day resident orders and electronic recording.
• Schedule and arrange medical appointments and transportation for residents.
• Assist the nurse on duty and caregivers as needed.
• Promote positive communication with residents, families, visitors, vendors and staff.
• Develop and maintain constructive relationships with residents, families, vendors and staff.
• Working every other weekend is required for this position.
