Ivy Park at Murrieta, part of Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a Medication Technician to supervise and assist in medication administration for residents. You will provide direct personal care and promote activities while coordinating with staff to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to interact with residents and families, and adherence to regulatory guidelines. Evening/night shifts support a rewarding care-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN is a plus.
• 1 year of medication assistance in RCFE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe environment, following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
