Ivy Park Cathedral Hill is a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group. The Medication Technician role involves supervising and assisting in medication administration for residents, following nursing standards and company policies.

The position supports residents with personal care, activities, and coordination with housekeepers and maintenance, reinforcing the company’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with medication at a RCFE preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN a plus.
• Must pass background checks and health screenings including TB test.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions across departments.
