You will maintain medication carts, manage records, and assist with ADL support to enhance residents' daily lives. Ideal candidates are at least 18, certified per state guidelines, with a high school diploma and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must possess empathy and be able to connect with residents.
• Clear communication with residents and team members.
• Proficient reading, writing and speaking English.
• Ability to use computers to print documents and enter resident information.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately per state guidelines.
• Maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming and feeding.
