PACS is seeking an evening shift Med Tech/Caregiver to administer medications, document procedures, and support resident care in a behavioral health and assisted living setting.

You will follow facility policies, report medication errors, measure vital signs, and maintain confidentiality while coordinating with other staff to ensure high-quality nursing services. This full-time role offers a stable schedule including holidays and potential overtime.

Qualificações

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications following facility policies and procedures.
• Note and report errors in medication administration.
• Assist in developing procedures to identify and prevent medication errors.
• Complete forms, charts, reports, and submit as required.
• Ensure medications are properly labeled and charted.
• Document any instance where prescribed medication is not administered.
• Accurately measure, record, and report residents' vital signs.
• Cooperate with inter-departmental staff to maintain nursing services.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
• Follow supervisors' instructions and work schedules.
