Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist for the evening shift. Under supervision, you will perform clinical laboratory testing, maintain equipment and records, and participate in quality assurance activities.

You should have a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field, MT(ASCP) or equivalent certification, and at least 1 year of laboratory experience. Epic and 3M experience are preferred, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• MT(ASCP) or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 1 year laboratory experience.
• Proficient in computer tools (Excel/Word); Epic and 3M experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs clinical laboratory testing per approved protocols with independent judgment.
• Maintains instrumentation and records for test performance.
• Conducts quality assurance activities related to test performance and proficiency testing.
• Documents investigations and interpretations of QA failures or trends.
