Job summary

UPMC Kane is hiring a Medical Lab Technician for the evening shift (3pm–11:30pm) on a full-time basis. Occasional holiday coverage required. Sign-On Bonus Available with 2- or 3-year commitments.

Provides for accurate performance of routine laboratory methods under supervision. Maintains QA and safety standards and trains new staff as needed. Responsibilities include professional interaction with laboratory customers, specimen processing, data entry into LIS, and adherence to all policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and STAT analyses with quality and speed.
