UChicago Medicine AdventHealth's Glendale Heights laboratory is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician for full-time evening shifts. You will perform high‑complexity testing, maintain equipment, and support clinical staff while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in medical laboratory science or MLS required.
• Experience with laboratory testing and clinical workflows.
• Ability to follow regulations and comply with safety standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing and reporting results per SOPs.
• Maintain equipment and spaces through cleaning and disinfection.
• Prepare pre-analytical activities including specimen collection and inventory control.
• Assist in proficiency testing and quality improvement activities.
