Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and other ADLs.
• Observe patients' progress and report to Registered Nurse or medical staff.
• Obtain and record patients' vital signs and collect specimens for lab tests.
• Provide basic patient transport and housekeeping duties.
• Measure and record intake/output; assist with range of motion and draw blood.
