Butterball is seeking a production teammate to perform repetitive tasks in a high-volume turkey processing plant. You will assist with manual and machine-assisted steps to prepare whole turkeys and turkey parts for further processing.

The role emphasizes product safety, adherence to GMP and HACCP standards, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Prior production experience is not required for entry-level candidates.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry level does not require prior production experience.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with HACCP, FDA and OSHA requirements as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform manual and/or machine-assisted repetitive tasks to process turkey meat and products.
• Use tools such as knives or vibrating tools to assist in processing.
• Ensure product safety and food defense in the plant.
• Inspect birds for quality and safety.
• Follow GMP and HACCP procedures related to product safety.
• Support food safety initiatives.
