Job summary

The Kinetic Group is seeking a Manufacturing Production Associate 2 in Lonoke, AR. You will tend to machines, ensure proper operation, perform QA checks, and transport materials to maintain efficient flow. The role emphasizes following instructions, safety, and supporting engineers and operators to uphold process integrity.

Starting pay is competitive and includes comprehensive benefits; overtime may be required. Prior manufacturing experience and ability to read instructions are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Computer skills preferred to access process records and procedures.
• Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervision.
• Ability to read and comprehend process instructions.
• Ability to record pertinent process information as required.

Responsibilities

• Attends shift, department and plant meetings in a timely manner.
• Maintains process integrity with proper documentation and observance of process records.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
• May handle hazardous waste, including labeling, inspecting, storing, and transferring.
• Troubleshoots minor issues and performs detect checks on machines.
• Follows oral and written instructions.
• Assists engineers as needed including troubleshooting products and processes.
• Provides training support to Operators and Technicians to ensure process integrity and best practices.
• Overtime and extended shift hours may be required.

As the Manufacturing Production Associate 2, you will have an opportunity to:

You Have

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience preferred

Work Environment

Employee work assignments may include tasks working with and/or exposure to potentially hazardous areas, including flammables and explosives. Safety training is provided to all employees to ensure compliance with company and federal regulations.

Pay Range

Starting Hourly Rate: $21.26

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
