Job summary

Groe Advisors LLC is seeking an experienced production operator to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment on the floor. You will join a small team to ensure safety, quality, and daily production standards are met.

The role requires hands‑on troubleshooting, setup, routine adjustments, and documentation of production data. A forklift credential is valued, and second shift availability is expected to align with manufacturing schedules.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience operating production machinery in manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude including proficient use of hand tools and basic shop equipment; ability to troubleshoot and perform basic equipment repairs.
  • Ability to read and interpret job orders, equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and basic technical documentation.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication, computer, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work second shift and flex as needed for business demands.
  • Experience/Certification driving a forklift

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Active presence on the manufacturing floor with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and use hands and arms for operating machinery. Shift hours based on production schedules, which may include nights, weekends, and overtime.
