Job summary

Touchmark at Georgetown is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep campus buildings and equipment in top condition, with a 3pm–11pm shift. You will maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely repairs.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of maintenance experience in a community setting, basic knowledge of relevant systems, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of general maintenance in a community setting preferred.
• Basic knowledge of appliance, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must read, write and speak English clearly for team communication.
