Job summary

Black Rock is seeking a Second Shift Maintenance Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and reliability of aggregate processing equipment at our quarry operations. The role focuses on inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving crushers, conveyors, feeders, screens, chutes, pulleys, flashing, hoppers, and related production equipment.

The candidate should be hands-on, safety-focused, and able to work independently to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of conveyors, crushers, screens, feeders, and material handling equipment.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair crushers, conveyors, feeders, screens, and related equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and component replacements to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement improvements to reliability.
• Collaborate with operators and supervisors to ensure safe and efficient plant operation.
