Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service automated production machinery, minimize downtime, and support production schedules. This role reports to a Maintenance Supervisor and requires the ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams.

Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, a 2-year technical degree preferred, and 2–3 years of production technician experience. Strong hands-on skills and the ability to work with limited supervision are essential, with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Technical Associates degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of Production Technician experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams; hydraulics knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance on automated production machinery to reduce downtime and meet production schedules.
• Performs preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment availability.
• Works under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and participates in projects/upgrades.
• Understands technical drawings/schematics and collaborates with suppliers to resolve issues.
