Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma or GED; AA degree preferred or equivalent training/experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, stand for long periods, and work in tight spaces.
• Experience with basic hand tools and electrical meters; reading electrical/pneumatic diagrams a plus.
• Strong communication, documentation, computer skills and customer-focused approach under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical, electrical, technical support and troubleshooting for production machinery.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment availability.
• Adhere to safety protocols and document all work accurately.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment including robots, PLCs, vision systems and sensors.
• Assist with equipment relocations, parts ordering, and participation in upgrades and projects.
