Job summary

Homewood Suites by Hilton in Lincolnshire is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to support engineering operations, repairs, and preventive maintenance across hotel properties. You will assist with guest requests, equipment repairs, and routine inspections, working closely with the Chief Engineer to ensure asset protection and brand standards.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 2+ years of maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and customer focus is required.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in engineering operations and maintenance of hotel property.
• Support repair of hotel equipment and routine inspections.
• Follow preventive maintenance SOPs with the Chief Engineer.
• Assist guests with requests in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the work area and comply with regulations.
