Job summary

Lineage Logistics Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to maintain and repair lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and facility infrastructure in a warehouse setting. The role offers cross-training opportunities in MHE and refrigeration systems and requires adherence to safety policies.

Shifts run Monday to Friday, 4:00pm – 12:30am with shift differential; candidates should be prepared for a cold storage environment and physical tasks up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous hands‑on experience in building maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, or carpentry preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and general facility maintenance.
• Problem‑Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to maintenance.
• Certifications: OSHA, electrical, or HVAC certifications are a plus.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and perform tasks in a cold storage environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems, including lighting fixtures, plumbing, and general building infrastructure.
• Assist with electrical troubleshooting and minor repairs under supervision.
• Support general mechanical repairs, carpentry, painting, and basic HVAC maintenance.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
• Perform general grounds maintenance, including snow removal, landscaping, and exterior upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies while performing duties.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to support warehouse operations and facility improvements.
• Cross-train in other maintenance areas such as material handling equipment (MHE) and refrigeration systems for career growth.
