Quanex, a global manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Cambridge, OH site on 2nd shift (2:45pm-11:00pm). The role focuses on maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure production lines operate to company standards.

Competenze

• HS Diploma; Technical Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years related experience in manufacturing setting.
• PLC troubleshooting and modification experience.
• Basic knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC and chilled water systems.
• Strong Electrical experience; print reading and wiring skills.
• Detail oriented, dependable, and self-motivated.

Mansioni

• Perform required maintenance of all equipment.
• Assist in implementing new equipment and improvements with troubleshooting.
• Communicate with maintenance and production staff to resolve issues quickly.
• Track and report maintenance issues for future reference.
• Follow safety procedures and update procedures as needed.
• Operate forklift and perform daily/weekly 5S duties.
